Welcome to Zhou Lab in Computational Precision Health (Zlab@CPH) at Wenzhou Medical University
Research interests:
1. Data-driven precision medicine
Integrating multimodal data across bulk and single-cell omics, body fluid, medical imaging and clinical records to characterize individual variations spanning molecular, cellular, tissue and patient levels in disease development, progression, treatment response, and underlying biology, and identify potential biomarkers for disease diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment monitoring.
2. Computational and systems immunology
Leveraging immunoinformatics, immunogenetics, immunogenomics and immunoproteomics to understand immune repertoire dynamics, diversity and specificity and associated molecular features in the tumor microenvironment, decipher the complicated interplay between tumor cells and the components of the tumor immune microenvironment and identify predictive markers of response to immunotherapy for personalized cancer immunotherapy.
3. Causal inference using real-world data
Leveraging observational or real-world data to uncover the causal impact of a particular intervention or treatment on an outcome of interest and identify precision interventions in heterogeneous populations.
